Good Evening Eighth and Seventh Graders,
My "Christ-time" for the day consisted of being able to talk to two people about church. I hope that each of you had the opportunity to at least talk to someone about church if not lead someone to Christ.
My Thursday ended up being pretty busy with work and then got to see my oldest daughter and the volleyball team at Arlington Baptist College win their first match.
My daughter was on the bench the entire match, but she was still able to be an example: in encouragement, in teamwork, and in following the direction of her coach.
I told you about my daughter because you need to know that no matter where you are in life, you ARE an example to someone. There is always someone looking to see how you are going to react to something that is said, or how you are going to obey or disobey some direction that is given.
Some of those people watching will be lost and need Jesus Christ. Just think your actions as an example could be the difference in someone going to Heaven or not.
Some of those people watching will be Christians and be watching to see if you are an example of the believers.
Think about it, You are an example either way you choose to act and respond to life's everyday situations.
Work on memorizing I Timothy 4:12. I am praying for all of you and let's get ready to really have a great class of Eighth and Seventh graders for Jesus.
Be an Example,
Love, Bro. Allen
